Our Principals
RAY F. PASCHAL
President
As president of Caldera Construction, Ray provides experienced, hands-on management for each and every project, working closely with the owners, architects, designers and subcontractors. He has worked as a General Contractor in Denver and the Roaring Fork Valley for 20 years. Prior to general contracting, Ray was a geologist for the USGS and a rehabilitation engineer for Spalding Rehabilitation Hospital in Denver. Ray earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of North Carolina.
NANCY G. PASCHAL, CTP
Vice President & Treasurer
At Caldera Construction, Nancy manages the office and provides project accounting, billing and day-to-day project support. Nancy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Education from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. Prior to joining Caldera Construction, Nancy worked in international treasury for a Denver–based software company. She is a Certified Treasury Professional.
